You can receive an email alert whenever a scheduled data warehouse load is delayed in a Production org. A delay is based on the load time for the prior five data loads. If the load hasn't been completed and it is later than two hours after the average of the prior five data loads, you will receive an email alert if you are subscribed. Indicative continues to retry for 48 hours until officially marking the load as failed. Delay alerting notifications are supported for hourly and daily loads, but not weekly loads.
If you receive a delay notification for a data load, you will receive a success email once that data load is complete.
You can reply to an email notification of a delayed load to open a support ticket.
Receive email notifications
To start receiving email notifications, email support@indicative.com and request that you begin receiving failure alerts. Once enabled, you will be notified once per load if the load is more than 2 hours delayed than the average load time for the past 7 days.
To add additional people who receive notifications, submit a request.
Stop email notifications
Respond to an email notification with "unsubscribe" in the body of the email or submit a request.
