By default, the mParticle Support Center will ask you to login via your mParticle credentials. If you do not have access to mParticle, you may still file a ticket as you do not need to be logged in to do so.
If you haven't previously registered, you may register with the following URL, https://mparticlehelp.zendesk.com/auth/v2/login/registration, or the Register Link and a registration email will be sent to you.
Once you complete that process, you will be able to log in to ZD with the email login as described below.
Once you have filed your Support Ticket, you may manage your ticket from the Support Portal. If you don't have an mParticle account, you may login via our non-SSO login URL, https://mparticlehelp.zendesk.com/access/normal, or the Email Login Link on our homepage.
From there you will be prompted to enter your email and password to complete the login process. If you no longer remember your password, you will be prompted for a password reset after one failed attempt to login.
