Upcoming Holiday Support Coverage – July 4, 2025:

Our US office will be closed on Friday, July 4 in observance of Independence Day.

Our Technical Support teams located outside the US will continue operating during their normal business hours and providing support as usual.

For SEV1 issues (e.g., data collection or reporting services are completely down, causing critical impact to business operations with no available workaround), please log a SEV1 ticket through the Ticket Submission section of our Support Portal.

For non-SEV1 issues, please submit a ticket as normal. Note that due to reduced staffing in the US, response times may be slightly longer for tickets routed to US-based teams.
