There are a few reasons you may have trouble logging in:
- You may be trying to log in to the incorrect pod for your organization
- Your password may need to be reset
Find Your Pod URL
You must use the login URL that corresponds to the pod (also called a data center) where your organization's account is hosted.
Free Trial Users
If you've recently signed up for a free trial and are not located in the EU, your account is provisioned in our US2 pod accessible at app.us2.mparticle.com.
Trial accounts for organizations located in the EU will have their account provisioned in our EU1 pod accessible at app.eu1.mparticle.com.
UK-based organizations will find their trial account provisioned in our US2 pod.
🇺🇸 United States
- US1 - Log in at app.mparticle.com or app.us1.mparticle.com
- US2 - Log in at app.us2.mparticle.com
🇪🇺 Europe
- EU1 - Log in at app.eu1.mparticle.com
🇦🇺 Australia
- AU1 - Log in at app.au1.mparticle.com

Reset Your Password
If you need to reset your password, you may do so by going to the login page for your pod. Once there, click Don't remember your password? and submit your email address. An email will be sent to you with instructions on how to set a new password for your account.
Single Sign-On Users
If your organization uses single sign-on (SSO), you will need to contact your IT administrator for information on how to reset your SSO password.
