Support Access contains all Admin permissions except for user management capabilities. To add a user to this role, navigate to the User Management tab on the User Settings page.
You will need Admin or higher level permission to add a user.
Typical use of Support Access is to delegate access to a mParticle support representative while troubleshooting a ticket.
To remove a user, click the Trash Can icon on the row with the user's name.
*Please note that this role has access to end-user PII within the account.
