Support Access contains all Admin permissions except for user management capabilities.
You will need Admin or higher level permission to add a user.

Log into the mParticle UI with an Admin-level account.

Go to the Settings area (via the gear icon in the bottom left navigation) → Platform

Click on the User Management tab.

Find the user you want to grant Support Access to:

If the user already exists, click on their row to edit.

If not, click Add User, fill in name, email, etc.

In the user’s settings, set their Role to Support Access.

Save/Update.
Typical use of Support Access is to delegate access to a mParticle support representative while troubleshooting a ticket.
To remove Support Access later, go back to that user’s entry and click the trash can / delete icon on their Support Access row
*Please note that this role has access to end-user PII within the account.
