To check a support ticket, you will want to navigate to the Sign In link in the upper right corner of the Support Portal.
The link will prompt you to sign in. Sign in using the same email address that you filed the ticket with and use to access your mParticle Organization.
Once you have signed in, you will want to navigate to My Activities under your username. After clicking My Activities, Zendesk will direct you to the Request Page, where you can see tickets you have filed and tickets you are CC'd on.
